Recieved an E-Mail renewal offer today for equifax score power. They will now only allow 4 scores per year with annual subscription. No more daily basis after current subscription runs out. Nice while it lasted.

Yes i think you are correct. I tried finding the daily pull deal for Equifax and could only find the 4 pulls a year deal or pay 38.00 and get the fourth free.

I was confused because I have read some posts where people pull equifax alone daily.

    Thanks for clearing that up!

Go with Privacy Guard. $1 trial for 3 months and you can pull daily. After the trial period, it is around $90. It's not as detailed as the ones you pull from the CRA's, but still worth it if you can pull DAILY! The free daily reports include EQUIFAX score.

    I did last week already.

I had a little problem signing up with pg. Seems they kept asking for my private access code. I got this the next day after calling customer service. The lady asked me lots of questions including my shoe size- lol- but I finally got into the site ok.

    thanks

Looked at pg site...could not see where you pull daily. Also, does it pull all 3 daily? Stupid questions, I know. Eq is the only report you cant get for "free" on a daily basis.

MAKE SURE YOU NOTIFY THEM TO LET IT EXPIRE!!!

    They will AUTO-RENEWAL you!!!

I am going back to the $38.85 for 4 reports ($12.95 for 3 GET ONE FREE)...I will do one EVERY-OTHER-MONTH like on the 3rd to the 6th of the month...(update MAY or MAY NOT happen on the first of the month...especially if the 1st or 2nd is SATURDAY or SUNDAY)...

Privacy Guard is one of my favorite finds. Not only do I get dailies for each CRA AND get to see my score fluctuate like a wrestler's weight, but it contributed to the bumpage of 7 of 17 hards on my TU report. It was the best buck I've spent since my last bag of Twizzlers. There are other posts that describe in much less detail how to do this. But this will give you something to read while you are being authenticated.

How to get daily reports from Privacy Guard:

Once you sign in from the main page (of privacyguard.com, silly), you will see a yellow section with blue text to the left of the page under three obviously heavily medicated women. This area lists several options including "Single Bureau Monthly Credit Monitoring, Triple Credit Report, Single-Bureau Credit Score & Analysis." You want to click the "Triple-Bureau Credit Report."

After a few seconds of watching the screen say "Authenticating.." (computer talk for "stalling") you will see an all white page with an outlined section that says "View My Reports." The first selection under that heading will take you to the last report pulled. The second selection will take you to a screen with all of the reports, scores, simulators and other doo-hickies that you have ever pulled, which will soon remind you that you spend a lot of time pulling reports.

In order to see fresh reports you want to click on the menu on the far left that say "3B Credit Report w/ 1B score." The 1B=Equifax. It has been my experience that this is a fresh report for all three, as I've noticed changes to each report on consecutive days.

Don't let all of the buttons trip you up, you won't be charged anything as long pay a little attention to what you are doing. The only input neccessary is an "I Agree" button for the terms (that you will obviously read and understand), and then your ss#. If you want one of the extreez, then you can check your CC info to pay for it.

So, this is how you pull an updated report from TU, EQ, and EXP and give you a score for EQ. If you are really jonesing for the other two scores, then you can shell out a ten bucks for the other scores. You can even unfold three bucks to get the nifty "What-If Simulator" that is customized to your report--unlike the fico simulator you get from myfico.com. This What-If simulator was stunningly accurate for me; however, unless you are making big changes to your credit history, ask yourself: "What if I just kept my three dollars."

30ft, who could really go for some Twizzlers.
