I disputed a truckload of items on 12/14. They were due on 1/14 but results came back early. This made my weekend. I am totally excited about this...my boyfriend is calling me lame but whatever to him...I just want to give my thanks to everyone at this board for their posts and putting up with my newbie questions that have been answered 100 times over in previous posts. Keep posting ya'll. Anyway here goes: 1. NCO Financial (Assetcare) Paid Collection - deleted 2. Risk Management Alternatives (Sprint PCS) Unpaid Collection - deleted 3. Discover Paid Chargeoff - deleted 4. NCO Financial (NYSEG) Paid Collection - deleted 5. AT&T Universal/Citibank Paid Chargeoff - deleted 6. Retailers National Bank Paid Chargeoff - deleted 7. MBNA - Remains (d*mn them!) Only one derog-a paid collection from 1999-left. YEAAAAAAAAAAH! The person in customer affairs who was assigned to my file has been on an "indefinite" business trip for the past two weeks. I am sure this has something to do with it. I must admit that there was behind the scense work going on. I basically called until found a decent human being at RMA and NCO and asked/threatened them for deletion. I found a friend of Brice Brown's at Discover who handles collection/chargeoff accounts specifically. I also got the phone number to Citibank Credit Dispute Department (through a Associates National Bank rep, bless her) and begged a woman there. Thanks everyone, once again.
