Anyone else having problems with Equifax and them taking over 30 days to investigate disputes and not actually verifying information then not removing information after violating the FCRA. Everything is not about money. Some things are about principal and when it comes to your credit file anyone who has gone back and forth with the CRA's should want them to be obligated to 1. Maintain accurate and correct information 2. Be held accountable for ALL FCRA laws 3. Stop the run around they tend to give consumers and stop the blatant violations they commit every single day that only causes frustration when disputing information. So if you are only concerned with the fact that you received .18 from a class action and not the fact that consumers managed to stick it to the big guys that take advantage of hard working people like myself every single day then you got out of it what you put into it.
