Wooo Hoooo I have not received the results from Equifax yet re: Collection Disputed as Not Mine but I just pulled my privacy guard report and the account is DELETED!!!!! This is my second same account deletion. It makes me wonder why and how TU verified the account but the other two CRAs were not able to verify. If I send a nutcase letter, do you think I'll wake a sleeping giant and the OC will re-insert the collection acct on my EQ and EXP reports? I really want to thank this forum for helping me out! I am still waiting for the six 90+ lates on my reports to be retracted, but Nelnet already sent me the letter stating that they will do this. They actually sent the information to the CRA in March 4. It's a waiting game now. When the CRA removes the lates on my accounts, my report will be SPOTLESS!
