Equifax Consumer Advocate

    I just got off with Equistink and when I mentioned that I intend to sue them, the rep gave me the mailing address for their Consumer Advocate Office. I am sending of a return-receipt letter to them to further my paper trail for my lawsuit and thought I would share the address.

    Thanks for this info.

    Since I've been having an on-going battle with Equifax, I may just contact the consumer advocate. Writing a letter certainly couldn't hurt.

    I asked the representative for local bureau in my area so that I can properly have them served lawsuit papers and she immediately passed on the information.
