We have captured your order and our system will continue to retry processing attempts. You will be notified via e-mail when your order transaction has been completed. I guess all us addicts who can't view the credit expert site have gone here. lol I think it's the man keeping us down!! I hate being addicted! lol
I got that message twice. I called up and they added my initials to my password. I have not had a problem since. They did this after I said I would not be renewing if this is how your system works. (This was about a week, ago) Have you called them yet? H
