I just logged in to PG/Equifax Gold this morning... My score dropped 18 points and its all my progress for the last two months. After searching I found out what they did. 2 accounts were deleted. 1 Open (its listed as open but it really isn't) and 1 closed Revolving accounts. The kicker is that out of 8 positive accounts - there are the 2 oldest! Open account is from 87 and the other is from 91. I'm so mad- I've got 4 phone numbers for CSC... can't get a human on the phone. CSC turns the phones off between 12 & 1?? Anyone have this problem?
I'm in MO and CSC is the affiliate here too. I called 888-501-6254 and talked to a real, live (slightly retarded) person (eventually).
