Just something simple that I though others might find helpful.... If you happen to live in an area that Equifax uses CSC as an affiliate to supply your credit history you might find this e-mail / address useful in the future. You can find out if they use CSC for your area by going to Equifax and trying to do an online dispute. It will ask you to type in your zip code. If you are in a CSC "area" it will notify you then. https://www.econsumer.equifax.com/webapp/ConsumerProducts/pgInvestigation CSC Credit Services Consumer Assistance Center P.O. Box 674402 Houston, TX 77267-4402 Cac@csc.com I was very surprised and happy with their response time to e-mail. Since Equifax just forwards your disputes and inquires to them anyway, you can expedite the issue by sending them directly to them. However, if you are trying to accumulate violations, you most certainly will if you send them directly to Equifax first as it takes additional time to forward them on. If time is limited though, try CSC direct.
