Equifax deleted my Amex. express

    They had me at a 5,000 Bal. when it was around 300$ so I ask them to show the right bal, they deleted the whole acct. I knowt amex did not get in touch with them in the 30 days,but I want it back on.

    EXPERIAN did the same to me when I asked for the credit limit of $15,500 be reported (AMEX BLUE)...

    I think it was a "HARD" DELETE, so I don't see it ever re-appearing...

    Oh boy I also ask Ex to put the right bal . Does this hurt my score ,and did yours get back on?Tu had it at 0 so I didn't ask them to fix any thing.
