   The account was opened on 01/02 and was being reported as O1 when I last checked it around December. Now, it is gone.
   
   Could it be due to the fact that I signed for 1 year contract with Verizon Wireless? Should I send Equifax the copy of my previous credit report that listed the account?

   I don't know if this answers your question, but I recently disputed a verizon TL ( bad) and they deleted with an explantaion of "verizon is no longer on file", I had heard that the company is on strike.
