Equifax Deletion

    I recently was informed by Equifax via letter that it were deleting an obsolete account. However, I have not recieved an "alert" by Equifax letting me know that my credit profile has changed. I signed up for the service largely because I wanted to be able to timely respond to credit report changes. How long does it take for the Equifax to report on by computer.

    I'm anxious to see what the impact is on my score!

    Congrats on your deletion.

    I'm not sure what constitutes a "change" via their agreement, but I would think this would.

    Anyone?

    Its been my experience that a deletion is not seen as a "change" to the alerts, simply because its gone.

    Those alerts seem to be haphazard at best.
