I have been trying to find out how to check the status of my disputes on equifax's website. Can anyone guide me through it? I have searched their site and can't seem to locate a status search. Thanks for any help!
Go to their site and navigate through as if you are going to start another investigation. Once you reach the page where you type in your Report #(must type in a different report number than the one you are checking on), Last Name, Last 4 digits of SS#, and Zip code, the next screen should display all the investgations currently in progress and it will give you a completion date. Hopefully this is not to confusing. Good Luck!
Where do I get my report number/Confirmation # from. I'm looking at a mailed copy and an online copy of my equifax report. Thanks
Open the last on-line report you generated. Look at the very bottom. Thats where the confirmation # is located.
