I started an investigation on 8/20 with EQ to be completed by 9/19. A day away now... Now, when I looked up the investigation to check if everything was the same, it says the investigation was started on 9/17 to be completed 9/20. I didn't start the investigation on the 17th, i started it on 8/20. I know it is just one day, but whats the deal here? Anyone have a similar thing like this happen to them? Are they fishing for more time, and if they did that, what will stop them from pushing my date forward more than 1 day to say another week or something. Should I call them on the 19th and say, sorry bud, times up? Gimme my deletions What do yall think?
I think you should relax. They have changed the dates as they are in the process of updating your reports, most likely deleting whatever it was you disputed. Check again tomorrow and you will see that the dispute doesn't show up.
