I sent EQ two sets of disputes... they received the first on the 5 of march and the second on the 15 of march... I had to send to the Credit Bureau of Columbus. Now i have pulled my Credit reports today and nothing has been changed and unlike other CRA that state a verification date. How long till i get my credit report from them?? and do they show a verification date???
I remember Marcy posted once that Equifax takes 40 days, 10 to set up the dispute and 30 to actually dispute the item. If that's true, then your March 5th dispute will actually be completed by the 14th, and the other on the 20th. I sent my dispute off on Feb. 20th, and they told me they had until April 11th - but then they sent me back the results a week and a half ago...go figure.
