I also received my EFX credit report today too, and they don't show a judgment that the other two CRAs show. Should I dispute them with the other two agencies, and say that EFX is reporting it? EFX has reported it on hubby's, but with the wrong amount, which I have disputed. Any advice would be great. I would really love to try and get this off of my other two reports. Thanks, Andi
I wouldn't suggest telling one cra what another cra does or doesn't have on your report. One cra might turn around and advise the other that your judgment should be reporting.
Man, that would really suck...lol. Ok, I guess I won't worry about it right now. I've got plenty of other things going on that I'm going to concentrate on. Andi
