They have listed an account for sears, date of last payment in 4/99 (although it would have been in 98 ), and the DOLA is reported as 3/04 - this account is not listed as positive OR negative apparently, but it will not expire for 7 YEARS from 3/04! (disputed, came back verified) The subsidiary resulting CA RSKMGT DOLA Feb. 2000., so the account is set to expire in Feb 2007 (when it should expire in 2005, early 06 at the LATEST) as the dolp is reporting as 4/99 even if you added 6 months you still would not be at feb 2000!!) (in process of dispute) As for our dear friend Sherman and it's OC of Best buy - Both disputed, both verified. DOLA is reporting for BB as 8/99, although it really would have been summer 98 - and the date the account CLOSED due to non-payment. This has also been a "verified" account, mind you. Our Friend Sherman has the DOLA as 10/99 (still a re-age, even if it's only 2 months) Now my ITS and Verification was up yesterday, they responded that they do not re-age - but we all know they do.. so, now, I haven't ever received documentation from them regarding the dispute, other than the denial that they re-age... they have listed my account as disputed on my Credit Reports... I've never gotten a call from them, never a letter other than the one etc.. So, I guess I am going to do this with Sherman: send them a copy of the re-aged tradelines which I can only do from Equifax, trans union has this account deleting correctly in 2005 - but of course it doesn't show plainly on their tradelines.. I will give them an additional 10 days to comply, or I will go down and file suit. I am going to request that should they choose not to comply with my demand of $1000 and deletion of the TL that they send me information on who can and does accept service for them in California. Any other advice on that? I should note that these are all outside SOL ANd can an OC re-age like that?! I am so mad
