Hi all, I'm having a problem with Creditwatch for two days now. I log in to reorder a new report - get to the "reorder warning" page with no trouble - then get an "error" page that says: We're sorry, the system is temporarily unavailable. Please contact customer care at 877-474-8273, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Anybody ever experience this? I'm getting the same message for both mine and my wife's report. The last two days I've called Equifax and customer care just enters in my info and pulls the report just fine. But this is becoming a pain to have to call every day. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated!! Cheers
No kidding? I thought I was going nuts here. Now when I log onto privacyguard I'm getting the message: We're sorry... There seems to be a problem processing your order! Order code: 2112 But my wife's pg still works fine. This is a mystery. Everytime I call Equifax, they just pull the report, but have no explanation... P.S. I'm not showing any choppage *knock on wood*. I've still got 95 and climbing.
Same error messages here also. This is the 4th day in a row now. They act like they have no clue what is going on. We need ideas and actions on Monday!
Called yesterday again and EQ said yes, they are having technical difficulties with some accounts and expect to have it fixed within 1 or 2 days. In the meantime, just to call them and they'll push it through.
yep, same here on two different accounts today. i had this happen yesterday also, but tried later in the day and everything worked fine again. but, it's starting to get annoying...
Today, privacyguard is giving me the error message: We're Sorry . . . We're currently experiencing technical difficulty with scoring your cedit report. Your credit card has NOT been charged. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Center at 888-609-2455 Order Code: 170
