Sent my first dispute to them on 2/23 CRRR - they signed for it on 2/27. Today I called CSC down in Houston to get an update, not only do they have no info to tell me about the dispute, but they said they have until 4/11 to complete their investigation. Just curious - can they set when the 30 day clock begins or does it automatically happen when they sign the green card (BTW - When I sent the dispute, I sent it to GA)? Kinda sucks having to wait 40 days from when they signed... GT
Equifax has actually stated to me that their policy is 40 days. 10 to log in the disputes, 30 days after that. fcra what????
