I would call. It may be their crappy Silver service where you get 1 credit report, then have to pay $8 for each new pull. Thank you bumpage people for forcing Equifax to get rid of unlimited pulls.
This must be for former CW members only. The $2500 Ins. is a CWSilver feature. I have CWGold but it does NOT include any scores ! (Nor does Silver, of course.)
It was the silver. wow for nearly the same price as before I get 361 less pulls a year. what a steal. I canceled because the last time I check 'sucker' was not printed on my forehead.
I Never got bumpage..... I pulled all of the time and the few that did come off was because they aged out.
