Be careful when you complain too much about your Equifax report. I sent Equifax a intent to sue letter a while back when they kept on messing up my DOB. Now, when I call Equifax, they have to put me on hold for a long time because general reps can't access my report. They have to transfer me to the legal department which apparently is the only people that can access it.

And then, a lot of times, they refuse to talk until I send them my SSN card and driver's license and then they call me back 5 days later and want to talk.

They also changed my date of birth this week to 1928. So I am 6 years younger than you... LOL!!

Anyway, I won´t dispute it. I know the creditors update this information and the current address from time to time. Also Maybe it finally stops the marketing offers I receive every week by mail!.

To stop those marketing offers, call (888) 5 OPT OUT and request to permanently opt out. It does wonders for your mailbox.

Also call each CRA and request to have a promotional block put on your credit reports. :)

And, while you are at it, register at http://www.dmaconsumers.org/cgi/offmailinglistdave

Say bye bye to junk mail.
