It seems everytime I try and order a new report from Equifax my file is screwed up. Today, I tried again (my last one expired on the 17th). So I try again anxious to see what my new Beacon score is and guess what? Same response I get every month. Please contact customer care. Well, this strikes me kinda on an off note. So I call them and talk to the lady and tell her that my file is hashed and I need them to fix it. She asks if I've had this problem before and I say yes but Equifax doesn't like to admit their files are screwed up. She admits it this time and offers to send me a copy of my report for free. No problem, except that she admits that my file is screwed up and that any requests have to be done MANUALLY, including the generation of my credit score. ETA to fix this problem (I ask), she says between 30 and 90 days, leaning more so to 90 days. So anyone who pulls my EQ will get nothing back but I will be dingged for the inquiry. Geez don't you just love these people?

If you want it fixed, call Robin Holland's department. They will do it while you're on the telephone and send out a corrected copy same day.
