I have been loosing inquiries left and right with Equifax, I was down to 3. But now I got the dreaded 45D error ( that's another story). Anyway just got the privista report, guess what according to their pull today I still have 10!!!!!!!!!!! The privista report is current Just curious if anyone had got a mail report after disputes and have seen if the inquiries are really gone. I am beginning to think the online reports and the hard copies are vastly different
It is sad to know that. Something like this happened to me when I asked them on phone to remove one of the hard inquiries, the rep said he could not even see that inquiry on my report as he was viewing it. I wonder why. I am only upto 64 soft in eq. When I reach 100, I will be able to tell better.
Re: Equifax inquiries really gone?? I'm not sure if I would trust Privista's listing. I had some Equifax inquiries removed by dispute, and they were still listed on Privista's site afterward. I think it keeps a history from one week to the next. I'm pretty sure creditors aren't seeing them. My report that CSC mailed me after a recent dispute looks exactly like what I see on credit watch.
I just got my Privista update, and every hard inquiry that was shown to be deleted on Equifax is also gone on Privista. I have 3 hard inquiries left, all regarding my car loan and all within the past 3 weeks. Nothing older than that.
