Yes, I can remember when they first started the online scoring service this was happening alot. I think in many the report was missing the inq's where the score had reflected them and reason codes pointed to that end. -Dave
this last report that I got online showed zero inquiries--I called and they sent me a "complimentary" copy of my report--but I'm not happy with that solution and will be contacting them again regarding it.
This is the first time I have had this happen to my online report.
I called equifax
they are sending me an updated report as well
The rep also gave me a new online report. It showed the inquiries this time.
