Hello everyone and I wish all of you a wonderful morning, I am here because I am hoping to get some advise. My daughter in law who is a Mortgage Consultant pulled my credit report yesterday and advised that Equifax is not reporting. I need my three scores in order to move forward with my plan to purchase a house. I tried contacting Equifax but the only number that I get is the one that is an automated menu in order to ORDER a credit report. How can I contact a life person there that will be able to tell me why they are not reporting and maybe fix the issue ? I am frustrated. Thank You so much
Go on line and buy a credit report from them.I think there address is Equifax.com.You can print it out.
