Recieved a letter in the mail yesterday telling me I did`nt need a third party to help repair my credit. I have an online dispute going on right now. Is this standard for them to send this out? I have disputed online with them over the past year or so, but this is the first time I got a letter regarding credit repair. Are they trying to set me up as frivilous?
I have rec'd several because I am using Bradley Ross Law and getting good results. Keep the letters in a file, but ignore them.......And it doesn't matter if you are using a CR Firm.
You dispute and ask for the CRA to validate - they want to know if you are represented by someone else. And might even attempt to discourage you from using outside help. You walk into a courtroom to dispute a legal matter - the judge wants to know why you're not represented by council and might even appoint one for you at the expense of the state. What gives?
