Hullo all. I did a search on Equifax and online, but didn't see the answer to this one, so here goes; I previously had gotten my Equifax online report through QSpace on Lending Tree. I decided to pay and pull it directly from Equifax to see the differences in the reports - I went through the question process, put in my 9.00 and Visa card number and pressed submit.... It didn't take me to my online report. It really took me nowhere. They didn't send an email to my address with a username and password. Does this take time or is it supposed to be realtime and instantaneous? Someone help?

It should be instantaneous, however, I think they are having trouble this weekend. I tried ordering my report and score yesterday - it stated they were experiencing heavy volume yada yada yada I logged in today - still no new report and score - so I thought it must not have processed my first order and I ordered one again - same response On Monday I'm going to give them a call - I'll probably be charged twice and get two reports.. oops
