Equifax online investigation not

    I've been trying to contest some info on my EQ online report... but when I go to the investigation page, and enter my data it keeps saying that it cant begin the investigation and to email them.

    I tried entering my personal data as on the report (which is SO wrong; maiden name that I havent used for 6 years, address that I havent been at for 10 yrs), but I thought that with the confirmation number from the bottom of the report that the investiagtion should work.

    Any suggetions?

    I think you can only initiate 2 online investigations at a time. Do you have oters pending?

    I've had 4 or 5 online disputes going at one time.

    I know in Houston they tell you to contact the local affiliate!
