I've been getting the same thing. I thought that it was only me!!! This really stinks. I have been trying to get my husband's report since tuesday.
I still cannot retrieve one, I am thinking maybe because my report is updating.. I have a new notification link, I disputed a 5 year old Cell charge off, and now it updates as 'Charge off account, Consumer disputes this account information.' What the hell kind of update is this?
I know for a fact that you will get that message if they have divided your report into two reports. You will never get it online unless they put it back together. This happened to me and it took me two months and many many phone calls and threats to get it fixed. Phyllis
This may be true I have been trying to get my husband's report for about a week now and we have been getting that message a mortgage lender told me on yesterday day that when he pulled the report is showed accounts with NO BALANCES and the report looked funny, he also said that when he went to pull it the first time, he couldn't get a report and it came back the the SS number was INVALID.....Oh my goodness this could he a good thing or it could be HELL funny because I emailed their sorry tech support and they told me that i needed a new computer my broswer was to slow....some on bogus stuff that they made up, to think it took them 2 days and 4 e-mails to tell me that GO FIGURE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been having the same problem since Sunday - I also got a series of error codes and told to call tech support... they told me they could see my report fine and had no idea what the problem was. Scoob
I have tried it at 3 locations, connection T3 at work, T1 at school, and cable at home, this is complete BS on their part. I am not dialing up on a 2600 baud modem tech support!!!

When you call with that info the guy will ask you lots of questions as if he will help you-then he will say 'there is a technical problem and we have to send it to tech support and we will email you when it is fixed'. Then you never hear from them. But because you now know what the 'problem' is you can call customer service and tell them that you know your file is in two parts. I had to end up having them send me a copy of my report cause I couldn't get one online or on the automatic phone service, and lo and behold they actually sent me two reports. Neither report was complete. Armed with those two reports and two separate report numbers I called them and they had no choice but to fix it. Phyllis
I had this same problem last week. I was ordering a new report though. Be very careful!! They ended up charging me 4X's for the 4-pack at $38.85 each. Yikes!! I sent them an e-mail and received a response the next day. They said they put in a credit for my card but it has yet to show up so far.
I called and they said that someone's name had been added to my husband's file and that when I call, I need to tell them to merge the 2 files. BS!!! I am not merging someone else's stuff to my husband's file so I have to dispute that crap also. I am going to call them first thing in the morning and see what the heck is going on.
I think they have some glitches somewhere. I had a similar problem back in january, ended up getting charged for scorepower and didn't receive the product. (the buy 3 get 1 free deal). I emailed, waited, emailed, waited, Finally I wrote up a note saying I had emailed 3 times, gotten no response, and if I did not hear from them by xxx date I was disputing the charge to my credit card. Then I went to their site, and pasted the note into every single email address they have online. They all responded, LOL. Then they didn't fix it. I waited a week, wrote them again, and told them it had to be fixed by Friday or I was disputing the charge - that I had to make my payment and I was not paying for something I didn't get. They fixed it the next day.
