I started an investigation and Equifax didnt respond until a little over 45 days.

What can I do, is there anything that I can do to scare them enough to delete it?

I thought they ONLY had 30 Days to validate debts, I have the print out that states when I started the dispute and the date on the results is more 45 days later.

If the dispute is on reported information on your credit report obtained via your free annual report, they have 45 days. If you provided additional information after you first requested an investigation, it extends their time to respond.

If the data furnisher hadn't responded, you might have been able to get removal until they did respond.

If they have finished their investigation, but after 45 days, I doubt if you have enough leverage to force removal instead of reporting based on the results of their investigation.
