After I put a fraud alet on it, I cannt access on line to get a new copy, even after I paid in advance, they told me they will refund me the money for the rest of 3 copy, but up until this day (2 months ago)I dont see it..Anyone has a better address or number to call this ppl?!
I'm not sure how you paid BUT.. if you used your CC. The best way is dispute it w/your Credit card (this is how I had to do it). Don't hold your breath waiting on Equifax!!!
