I have new revolving loc that reported the balance as being maxed out. I lost 32 pts. When I saw this, I paid half of it and disputed it. It came back verified. Then I personally went into their office and bt'd the balance to amex. On Saturday I sent an email to Robin Holland. She responded early Monday that she had forwarded it to someone else in her office. Today that person emailed me to tell me the account has been updated to show a zero balance. I haven't checked my report yet, but I sure hope I get my 32 pts back. The point of all this is that Robin Holland and her office were extremely quick in resolving this. They can get things done when they want to.
