I did print out what was provided in the above string, however I don't know what exactally to do. We both know at this point I have several issues that I can go to court over, but I don't know if these issues are Small Claims or Civil Court cases. I know that I am new and do appreciate your patience when it comes to my newbie questions. I have my hands full and I am trying to get this done. Thanks for your support!!
Re: Equifax Refusing Information!!! Here's a thread you may want to carefully review. It discusses the CRA going "beyond" the simple computer verification. I have sent a very strong letter to TU stating that I will be taking them to court if they don't get this straitened out and that I have done all the investigative work and have proof of that. I have not heard from them yet, I think I will give them a call today. I would also be interested to see if I have been inducted into the Special Group. (Hope not)
