for some unknown reason. I've had 6 hard inquiries since Jan. In the last 2 weeks they have for some reason removed 4 of them. The last one just gave me another 7 pts. Up to 707 now.

Did you dispute via their Atlanta headquarters or through a local affiliate? If local, which one? Thanks.

As I stated above, they are removing these for an unknown reason. I have not disputed any inquiries with Equifax.

Several months ago I sent letters to the creditors about the inquiries on EQ. I ended up getting over 30 inquiries deleted as a result. Ever since then, once any inquiry I have is over about a month and a half sometimes 2 months they just disappear. I applied for a car loan in April and ended up with 4 inquiries. Last week they disappeared 1 on one day then the other three a day later. Now I'm done to 2 inquiries total left, I suspect they will also disappear in the next few weeks........

I confess. This is another one of my tricks. This time, I cast a magical spell on the entire Equifax corporate structure.

Can I give you my confirmation number?! Maybe they'll delete some of mine thinking they're yours! Then i'll be able to sign up for CW!

Yea, I know, I have issues.

    Inaccuracy

It's good that your score is going up, but what about accuracy?

Did those seven users actually see your file? Did they print it? Did they keep a copy? Did they shred it properly?

Did they have a legitimate business purpose?

I want to know who is poking around in my file. For those not so tuned-in to the industry (who wouldn't monitor it like you), those inquiry notations could have come and gone before they even knew.

    Revisionist history.
