Beacon is the name Fair Isaac assigns to the model the place on Equifax reports. Anyone that has ever seen any mortgage tri-merge knows this to be true. I'm done . . . again but, I do have to wonder if this will ever end when it is absolutely evident that it won't until Congress amends the ECOA. Anyone see that happening soon?
