I've recently sent a dispute letter to equifax disputing an item on my report. I received a letter back that they don't handle this and they've forwarded my dispute to CSC Credit services. Is this common? Are they still bound to the 30 days from signature of CMRRR? If a creditor contacts equifax, equifax provides the creditor my report, on request, right? So shouldn't they have to handle my dispute as well? Gai-jin
CSC is an affiliate, and owns your file. You will need to send future stuff to them. Nothing you can do about it, except move
