My question is how there be 46points difference between the two scores, with Equifax CR as the source for both, both on July10th? that different of a scoring model?

    kind of makes me wonder...

Creditinfo is not using the same scoring model as EQ. EQ uses the real FICO scoring model. Creditinfo has obviously come up with thier own model that comes up with a different score (commonly known as a Fakeo score)

Everything that I have read indicates that the real FICO model is very complex, while the other scores consider only a fraction of the factors considered by FICO.

On a related topic. Your EQ score is only two points below mine. Would you mind sharing, in general, what your credit report looks like? I am just curious how it compares to mine.

I have no negatives, but very high credit limits and most of my cards are maxed out.. In other words, very heavy card useage. Most everything is two or more years old.

I just checked out creditinfo.com's website...They pull your Equ CR; however, there scoring system is based on Credit Xpert's scoring system (not to be confused w/ Exp's Credit Expert) in the same manner that E-Loan's score is using Credit Xpert to score your TU CR.

    Confusing isn't it?
