Im having lots of problems getting Equifax to remove items from my report. I found that Experian and Trans Union being the easiest. Does anyone have a specific strategy with Equifax on disputing items? My Equifax report has the most neg. items on it. Thanks!

What are the issues at hand? Are they negative but accurate? If not, what type of documentation do you have to back up your claim of inaccuracy? You'll need to provide more specific information if you'd like some advice ...
I'm new to this board and having a similar issue. My problem is a DISMISSED Judgement that Equifax refueses to delete. I have documentation showing the date it was dismissed. The other 2 credit bureaus deleted it.
They are negative but accurate. I have been sending dispute letter after dispute letter with all 3 CRA's each time I get an update something comes off of my TU and Experian but with Equifax everything comes back verified.
Same story, I get them off of the TU and Experian and Equifax comes back verified. I have written letters to the creditors requsting verification of the debt i.e. signatures on contracts, etc. nothing seems to work.
I have found that Equifax does not read the letters you send nor do they give you the information you request. I provided proof from the states attorneys office here in a letter that Cell 1 had made a mistake in billing. I told them to remove the negative item at once. It came back verified! I put everything in Junums hand last week. They already sent out disputes and have been in contact with me. Good Luck
Shawn, Can you let us know how it goes with Junum. I have no problem doing it myself. Im just having a wicked time getting things removed from my Equifax report, and if Junum can get things removed from Equifax I will use them too.
