I disputed the judgement with all three CRAs 10 days after it was vacated and dismissed by the courts. Equifax comes back saying that the courts verified it as mine... I did not send the certified order because I disputed online. I just spoke with them on the phone, she gave me a reference number and I faxed the order to them. Whats my next step? Is what they did a FCRA violation? Thanks
even more proof the CRA's don't investigate! Send Equifax a procedure request asking how they were able to verify.
I'm going to send that out today. I think I am going to go after them. I talked with the District court clerk and gave her the docket number, she said it clearly states it has been vacated as of April8th and if EQ would have researched it they would have seen that.
