I'm trying to get my updated Equifax report. I have 3 reports without the score remaining but want to get my score. I'm being told that they are having trouble verifying my identify? I signed in with my SS#, and entered the password and they can't verify my identify? This has been going on for 2 days - yesterday I couldn't get my score becuase I got a message that the website was experiencing trouble and now this. I'm just annoyed. Ozzy.
I had this problem on Wednesday too. I calle the 800 number and they said something about me using the same email address too long. They had to manually change it in the system to a new email address. He stayed on the line, I logged back in and it worked right away. How this pertained to my identity I have no clue, but I was getting very frustrated as I had been trying for 2 days. Call the 800 number Monday AM.
I just tried to order my score as well - I received the "we are experiencing heavy volume msg - will notify you by email when ready"
I got that last week as well - they never did email me but when I signed on, the report was there ready for me to see. Ozzy.
