Well, I can flat out say that Equifax (canada) hates my guts. I constantly call them and harrass them. With good reason... But I have been disputing by DOLA's on 3 R9 accounts for the last 5 months. I origianaly started with the "not mine" routine, until the OC sent me the original docs ... These are dropping off Jan 2004 but not soon enough, so I asked the OC to send me the trans records, and after 3 weeks the Ba$tards found them in the archives and sent them out to me... Blessing in disguise as the DOLA's were totally WRONG as I had suspected. 2 should drop off in June this year and the smallest of the 3 $900 will drop off in Dec. So I ask the OC to send me a letter stating the account # and the Date of last activity They seemed to think that the DOLA is the date they wrote it off...so off to the EQ website and pulled the definition..<insert evil laugh> So after much arguing and a $10 fee they typed it all up Sent it off to EQ and I cant wait to call them tommorrow as they called me a liar..YES ME!! After those are gone...I am CLEAR! Ecept for those great R1 TL's... and I just cleared Hubby's too so this is great I will let you wonderful people know what happens tommorrow. I am hoping that they have enough of me and just delete them all and get me off thier backs
