Equifax will only give 1 free trial

    Tried to sign up for a 30 day trial on their credit watch service.... DENIED!!! Must pay!! WE GAVE YOU A TRIAL ALREADY!!!


    .. but that was a couple months ago, you mean bully Equifax , you!!

    Yep, before they went to unlimited access i would just resign up with a different credit card and get an additional 30 day... not anymore...

    Equifax uses your SSN for authentication, unlike Experian. Unless Experian uses a "primary key", you'll always get freebies. I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet.

    Do you get an order confirmation via email each time you view your report?

    Yes, but even though they charge you, once you have decided you no longer want the service, they pro-rate the remainder and credit your card with it. I think it's a good deal. Use it for 4 or 5 months, then get 60% credited back. It's still a better deal than buying your credit report every month.

    Yeah, but Equifax only sends reports - not scores. =-(
