I am just starting to tackle this credit mess. One letter to TU and I have a BK and a civil judgement removed from my their records. EQ sent a letter saying those two accounts were verified as mine. Can I make them prove how they verified it? If one CRA deletes information can you use it to influence another CRA? Is EQ hard line? Also EXP has two wrong SS# for me. How should I approach that?
Approach with a pen and paper. Its illegal for any one person to hold two SS# anyways as well they should have caught.... Im sure it was a clerical error that needs rectified. The sooner the better. And congrats on getting some of those items off your report!
