I have not been able to get my report for several days. Every time I try I get this message. Our records indicate that you already have an order in process for this product. We will email you when your order is available for viewing in myEquifax. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-866-4CWATCH (1-866-429-2824) or email us at Equifax Customer Care. They also hacked off my reports. It shows the last time I pulled a report was 8-4-02. I sent them an e-mail yesterday morning and have not heard back from them yet.
The Credit Watch system has been up and down for the last week....I spoke to some guy in Customer Service and he told me that they are having technical problems. NV Bone Doc
I cant get into equifax or privacyguard. I called cutomer service at eqifax and they got me in but then whenever I tried to see my score I got automatically logged off!!! strange Luke

I have called them three times , each time they tell me their having problems and it'll be fixed within 24-48 hours. Today I was getting rather pissed and called them AGAIN. She said the technical team had noted my account that they received my account information today and are working on the problem. How true this actually is, I have no idea. She said it'll be fixed later tonight or by tomorrow for sure. Im not holding my breath. If it's not fixed within 2 days I am cancelling and getting a refund for the remaining 3 months I have in my prescription.

I've been reading rumors of people getting hard inquiries from PG (ispace.com) showing up on their WK pulls while a lot of people (including me) are not able to pull PG today. Creepy !
I was getting the same "call customer service" message. The first day, they told me to wait 24 hours. I decided to wait 3 days. After the third day, I called them again, I was put on hold, and the report showed up. I've been able to get in and pull reports since then.. just been pretty slow logging in, but it works.
I was finally able to get on both equifax and privacy guard using a different browser. I had been trying from my fathers dsl connection using internet explorer. I was able to get on at home using aol (dial up connection). I don't know if that had something to do with it or if I just got lucky. Luke

I just pulled my report from Privacy Guard and it put a hard inquiry on my TRANS UNION report! It shows as Iplace.com/Consumerinfo THIS SUCKS!!! I need this deleted right away! I will be applying for a mortgage tomorrow if my offer is accepted!
