Hi everyone! Last year I sent to each CRAs a copy of my SS# and driver's license to prove that I was a female and not a male by the name of Charles. Well the other 2 CRAs got it right, but Equifax didn't. This morning I pulled my credit report and called Equifax this morning to dispute my name being wrong and that I wanted anything with Charles deleted once again from my report. Was told that I would have to send in another copy of my SS# and Driver's license. I told them NO that I was going to sue them, the lady asked me to hold on while she get a supervisor in which I did for 10 minutes, she then came back and said that I would have to hold on another 10 minutes for Supervisor, I told her NO and that I was just going to sue. My question is how do I go about suing Equifax.
