Well, instead of mailing in another dispute I decided to call in one. On April 11 I called my dispute in and an investigation was started. I immediately checked online with the new confirmation # given to me by the rep and it was started. Today I noticed that the investigation is over. Lets see thats 8 days (including good friday). The two items remained but I can't tell if the dates were adjusted. I told her the correct dates but I doubt if they just got changed. I can't win with Equifax.
Hi Molly, I had disputed for my husband on a thursday online, and they claimed to have verified by Tuesday morning, BS if you ask me. Only 3 business days I think not. Mom
