The "e-loan score" you are referring to is based on the information contained in your Transunion report. However, unlike the score TU gives you, e-loans score uses the creditXpert model (not creditexpert, that's EX) to determine your score. It's been said the e-loan score is closer to your "actual" score than the one TU provides. TU is apparently upgrading their systems so that your true FICO can be had, however, from whatother members have said who have attempted to get it, they are receiving error messages, and we'll probably have to wait out a few days or so until the system is completely functionable.
