Which would I sue? The local bureau, equifax or both? I am going to file TODAY!!! This is IT for me with them, win or lose. I just want them to sweat and have to pay for attorney fees etc. I will NOT settle a damn thing with them. I want to take it all the way and if they keep on, I'm hiring an attorney and going for civil court and/or district court. I have already spoken with one who is willing (family friend) to do the honors
If the local bureau belongs to Equifax would you not sue Equifax? Can you name both? If you can then do so. Best Wishes You go girl!!!!!!!!!
I dont' know, I'll see what they suggest. I don't want to mess up. I thought I would sue Equifax and the local bureau bitch will show up for the hearing, but who knows?
If you have been dealing with a local affiliate office, that is who you need to sue. When I filed my suit, it was against Credit Data Southwest, the local Experian affiliate. Never made any mention of Experian.
