    I have been reading OLD posts today and I noticed back in March of 2001 you had the Cushman vs Transunion actual case (not the appeal) in Word format. Do you still have it? If so can you email it to me please????

    Be careful when you use the Cushman case. The issue took place pre-1997 FCRA. Did you get the e-mail I sent you with the TU contact.

    I've got it...It was decided on March 29, 1996. It's 4 pages. Is your e-mail turned on?
