I have been trying to get ahold of the proper people regarding a small student loan I have that is not associated witth the ones from the DOE. The university is reporting it, EFG Tech is reporting it as collections, but neither say they can handle a rehab on it, EFG referred me to ERS Solutions, they arent reporting it... I wrote a letter, and have not heard back, anyone deal with them? Their address is Renton , WA.
