Hello all..just another frustrating credit day...I have a question on how to go about things.. I had 6 different medical collections that were one bill that I paid. Showed as "Legally settled for 1/2" which is totally incorrect so I disputed of course (I also had talked to the CA and they also stated it shouldnt be reporting that way and they were going to correct that). Anyway Experian only shows 4 of the 6 in dispute and when I called to verify why is wasnt showing all 6 in dispute she said she would dispute them but the two 30day count would start today and not 6/19 when I disputed. Can I do anything about this?? If so how do I go about it?? Should I call the original CA to tell them they are in violation or do I need to wait until the 19th to do so??
